This error occurs when the Content Gorilla app is unable to communicate with the Content Gorilla WordPress plugin installed on your website.
The main cause behind this error is largely due to restrictions on the web server.
Most web hosts install a program called “ModSecurity” to protect the web server from malicious actors like spammers, hackers etc.
ModSecurity generally block malicious requests to the web server with a “406 not acceptable error”. But often it blocks legitimate requests as well.
When this happens the team at Content Gorilla will be of no help to you.
You will have to approach your hosting service and ask them regarding this.
Ask them to whitelist https://app.contentgorilla.co as well as https://contentgorilla.co
