What This Covers

How to export your content and publish it on any website or CMS that doesn’t have a direct integration — for example, Webflow, Magento, Wix, or custom-built sites.

Who Should Use This

Anyone who:

  • Doesn’t use WordPress
  • Needs to publish content on a different CMS or static site
  • Wants to share drafts with a team before publishing

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Create Your Post

  • Use the app to create your content as usual — from a video, transcription, keyword, or scratch.
  • Edit and finalize the post title, description, tags, images, and any CTAs.

2️⃣ Export Your Content

You have 3 simple ways to take your content anywhere:

✅ Option A: Copy & Paste

  1. Click Copy to Clipboard inside your editor.
  2. Open your preferred tool — for example, Google Docs, MS Word, or your CMS editor.
  3. Paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) — your content will come with:
    • The featured image
    • Headings
    • Formatting
    • Links and lists

✅ Option B: Download As TXT

  1. Click Download as .txt.
  2. This will generate a plain text file with:
    • Post Title
    • Post Tags
    • Post Description (main body)
  3. Upload or paste this text into your other CMS or share with your team.

✅ Option C: Download As PDF

  1. Click Download as PDF.
  2. The PDF includes:
    • Featured image
    • Title
    • Tags
    • Full content with formatting
  3. Use this version to:
    • Share with collaborators
    • Send as a content proof to clients
    • Keep a local backup

✅ Updating Images Before Export

  • If you want to change your featured imagebefore exporting:
    • Go to the Featured Image section.
    • Replace the image with your new one.
    • The updated image will appear automatically in the .txt and PDF exports.

✅ Pro Tips

  • Use Google Docs for easy team edits and comments before pasting into your final CMS.
  • For static websites, paste your text into your HTML builder or export it into your page template.
  • PDFs are great for sharing content with external editors or clients.

✅ FAQs

Q: Does this affect my formatting?

A: No — when you paste into tools like Google Docs, headings, lists, and basic formatting are preserved.

Q: Can I publish to multiple sites?

A: Yes — use the same export on as many sites as you need.

Q: Does this work for images too?

A: Yes — images are included when copying or exporting as PDF. For .txt, you may need to upload the images separately in your CMS.
