✅ Step-by-Step Instructions


1️⃣ Upload Your Video or Audio 



  1. In your dashboard, go to Create → Transcription.
  2. This page shows all your existing transcriptions.
  3. Click Create New to upload a new file.

2️⃣ Choose Your File

  1. Click Choose File and select your video or audio file from your device.
  2. File size must be under 500 MB — larger files won’t upload.
  3. Give your file a clear title for easy tracking later.

3️⃣ Generate Your Transcript

  1. Click the Generate Transcript button.
  2. Your file will upload to the server — wait for it to finish.
  3. Once uploaded, you’ll be redirected back to the main Transcription page.
  4. The status will show In Progress while the system processes your file.

4️⃣ Wait For Completion

  • Processing time depends on file length.

  • When complete, the status will change to Completed, and the transcript text will appear in your list.


5️⃣ Create Your Blog Post

  1. Click Create Post next to your completed transcription.
  2. The full text will open in the blog editor.
  3. Format, clean up, and add headings, SEO keywords, or images as needed.
  4. Publish your new post directly from the editor.
